Exercise 1: Magazine Page Modification and Interpretation

In this image I decide to use the white border space to guide the viewer where I want them to look. Based on line I created a silhouette of an more over size man on the bottom left of the image above. All the line guide you to him and the text the once stood out, is now hide for you to find. The text says "works for that you find (or four)." Before the image was clean and crisp but now is a scavenger hunt for those who are will to find the hidden message. There is still a implied message but I made to more obvious this time. The silhouette of the over size man is to indicate that one should not worry but looking like the models in order to "fit in." The sophistication of the last image was broken apart (literally) and is now a choas of more meaningful self reflection. Some of the Elements of Design that are visible in the magazine image above are line, shape, form, colour, value, texture, space, pattern, contrast, emphasis, and vari
